How Temperature Affects TPE Dolls?

Zitat von Coeros am April 17, 2025, 10:41 am UhrHello everyone, today I want to share with you some information about the effect of temperature on TPE dolls. I hope it will help you understand TPE dolls and the temperature control when repairing TPE dolls.
First of all, we should take care of dolls as we take care of human skin. TPE material is sensitive to temperature (hot and cold). However, there has not been a clear temperature range for the heat resistance of this composite polymer material.
According to material reference data, it is generally believed in the industry that the storage temperature range of TPE materials can be maintained between -40℃ and 60℃, but there is no evidence or research to prove that this value range is correct.
Based on previous tests, Mishka1965, a doll expert on TDF, once published related content on repairing TPE show that TPE will melt when it exceeds 110℃, so that TPE dolls can be better repaired when TPE melts.

In addition, low temperature has less impact on TPE material than high temperature. Like humans, the skin of dolls will feel stiff under low-temperature conditions, and the doll’s “fluctuations” will also be suppressed. If the doll is placed in a very cold environment, its material will become hard and no longer soft.
Compared with temperature, high temperature will destroy the physical structure of TPE, while low temperature is different. Low temperature only temporarily causes the material to fail. Once the doll is brought back to the correct temperature, the original stiffness will slowly disappear and return to its original state. But TPE dolls are also more fragile and more susceptible to damage at low temperatures.
What is the optimal storage temperature for TPE dolls? According to WM and ZELEX, the appropriate storage temperature for TPE dolls is between 5°C and 28°C. Within this range, TPE can be stored safely without the risk of degradation or loss of performance. However, the best storage temperature for TPE, as recommended by WM and ZELEX, is between 18°C and 20°C.
In summary, it is important to store TPE dolls in a suitable environment with a temperature range between 18°C and 20°C. It is also necessary to avoid using water above 60°C to clean them.

After a breakup, I was feeling completely lost. The emotional pain was overwhelming, and I didn’t want to jump back into dating. A friend suggested trying a robot sex dolls , and at first, I laughed it off. But eventually, I decided to try it. It helped more than I thought—it gave me space to heal, while still feeling some level of comfort and…Read More

Ich darf jetzt erst mal schleifen ….
